White bean soup with garlic and sage

Siracha Popcorn:
2 tbsp. popcorn kernels Siracha hot sauce according to taste A pinch of salt 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil Directions: Take a paper bag and fill it with the popcorn kernels. Then tape it shut. Heat on high for 1 minute. While the popcorn is popping, put the vegetable oil in a bowl. When the popping slows down remove the bag from the microwave and put it into a bowl. Place the oil in the microwave and heat for fifteen seconds. Add the hot sauce and salt, stir. Drizzle the hot sauce mixture over the popcorn. ENJOY! Potato Wedges

Chocolate Mug Cake:
Apple crumble:
Directions: Preheat an oven at 140° Filing: In a large bowl mix the apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well. Spread the mix evenly in the baking dish. Crumble: In another bowl, mix the oats, the sugar and the oil. Spread the crumble evenly over the top of the filling. Heating instructions: Once the oven has come up to temperature, place the baking dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crumble appears golden brown. ENJOY! Frozen fruit works, however you may lose some taste and texture in the process because you are taking something frozen and re-freezing it. Some fruit you could use are raspberries, blueberries, peaches, mangoes or strawberries. With the peaches, I recommend that you cut it up into chunks before putting it into the blender. |
